LESLIE A. GREEN

Leslie has been a paralegal with the firm since 1996.  Her work is concentrated in corporate, securities and real estate law, also having experience in trademark and collection matters.  Her strengths include acquisition and merger transactions, general corporate matters, residential and commercial real estate transactions and private security offering filings in compliance with Regulation D.  She works closely with all the transactional attorneys in the firm. 

Leslie graduated from Washington State University in 1989 with a BA in Criminal Justice and received her Paralegal Certificate, with an emphasis in Corporate and Real Estate Law, from the University of San Diego.
