2011 Michael DeLeo has joined the law firm of Peterson Russell Kelly as a partner. DeLeo’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and business matters. DeLeo has an extensive real estate and construction practice that includes all aspects of both public and private construction projects. He is also routinely appointed to defend contractors in construction defect claims and to represent professionals when claims are made against them. DeLeo represents commercial lenders in all aspects of their business, including loan documentation, work outs, and all aspects of insolvency proceedings. Prior to joining Peterson Russell Kelly, Mike was a partner at Eisenhower & Carlson, PLLC.
