HISTORY

PRK was founded in 1996 by Peter Peterson and Gregory Russell who were colleagues at a large Seattle law firm. The firm started with three business lawyers, a paralegal and a secretary. Pete and Greg left their large Seattle firm in order to allow them the opportunity to provide a more personal, client centered level of service to their business clients than was possible at a larger firm. David Kelly joined the firm as a name partner in 2001. Over the years, in order to meet the growing needs of our clients, PRK has added a handful of attorneys and staff. Today the firm has 15 lawyers and 3 paralegals, all of whom are dedicated to providing the same personal, client centered service upon which the firm was founded.
