For over 30 years, Pete has served as principal legal counsel to many Northwest businesses. His practice focuses on advising closely held business owners and individuals. His practice emphasizes business planning, real estate, trade practice and commercial transactions. Pete has experience in mergers and acquisitions, business litigation, commercial real estate, asset and stock purchases, commercial litigation, commercial finance and related transactions, private placements, venture capital, executive compensation, as well as review and drafting of complex agreements. Pete is a founding member of the firm and in recent years was named a "Super Lawyer” by Law & Politics Magazine a distinction reserved for fewer than 4% of all lawyers in Washington State.
