Heather is Of Counsel to the firm. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation. She has represented the U.S. in international conferences, worked with governments and administrative bodies at all levels to achieve policy changes, and negotiated favorable settlements for her clients in a wide variety of settings. She has successfully represented clients in cases ranging from complex commercial litigation to pro bono habeas petitions. Prior to entering private practice, Heather was with the Federal Trade Commission where she served as lead attorney on major antitrust cases and projects.
