David’s practice focuses on advising and representing small businesses and individuals in business transactions, employment law matters, and legislative affairs. His legal experience and interests include:

•  Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing technology, commercial finance, real estate, and other business transactions.
•  Counseling clients regarding a variety of employment law matters: drafting and reviewing employment policies, handbooks, and agreements; investigating claims of discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination; and representing clients in early dispute resolution—where appropriate—before formal litigation ensues.
•  Advocating for clients at all levels of local and state government regarding development, revision, and implementation of laws affecting small businesses, employment, transportation, and the environment.
