Loretta Story focuses her practice in the area of Family Law with an emphasis on collaborative law and mediation.  Loretta's practice includes divorce, separation, custody and support issues, and domestic violence.  She brings over over 15 years of legal experience to her practice, having completed her mediation training at the University of Washington in 1999 and being instrumental in establishing and chairing the first collaborative law section to the King County Bar.  Loretta believes that through the use of the collaborative process, family law matters can be resolved in a respectful manner without the threat of litigation.  She welcomes the opportunity to serve parties as either a collaborative attorney or mediator.

Loretta is "AV" rated by Martindale-Hubbell*, the highest rating obtainable by members of the legal community.
