David has been practicing law in the Northwest for over 20 years. His practice focuses on representing banks and other lending institutions, real estate owners and developers, and a wide variety of businesses. He advises clients on commercial finance matters, secured transactions, debtor-creditor issues, real estate leases, property development and financing, and corporate matters such as entity formation and mergers and acquisitions. Over the past few years David has served as lead counsel in creating an asset securitization trust structure to assist medium sized companies to securitize their financial assets.

  • Counsel to national lender for over 100 real estate loans ranging in value from $500,000 to $25 million
  • Counsel to bank with respect to the acquisition of over $100 million of automobile lease receivables
  • Counsel for numerous national lenders for troubled loan workouts throughout the Northwest including Alaska, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Washington
