Peterson Russell Kelly provides creative fee structures with our clients’ needs and budgets in mind.  We work in partnership with clients to develop alternative billing arrangements that make the most sense for clients’ businesses, budgets and the legal matters at hand. Some of the billing structures we offer include flat fee or monthly retainers for day-to-day advice; results-based billing; and percentage fees based on the outcome of a litigation matter. After meeting with clients to learn about their business objectives and personal goals we provide an accurate fee estimate allowing them to budget accordingly.

Being innovative and resourceful in every aspect of our service offering, in order to ensure a loyal and long-standing relationship with each client, is something for which we strive and strongly value.
