July 2008. Peterson Russell Kelly PLLC is pleased to announce that Daniel M. Hendrickson and Jennifer Y. Sohn have joined the firm. Mr. Hendrickson brings over 25 years of legal experience to the firm.  He focuses his practice in general business and contract law; corporate and LLC formation; mergers and acquisitions; commercial finance; technology transfer; estate planning and probate. Ms. Sohn will focus her practice on business planning; taxation and estate planning.  In addition to her JD, Ms. Sohn has her LLM and is licensed to practice in Washington and California.
